Return and Exchange Policy
All Returns and Exchange Items need RAN (Return Authorization Number) to be returned.
Without the RAN, the Item will not be accepted.
Please write down the RAN on the outside of the box.
To obtain RAN Number you can call, email us or Live chat.
RAN will be issued ONLY within 5 business days of receiving.
There’s 25% Restocking Fee for all Returns and Exchanges.
Shipping is not refundable.
Your refund will be issued as a STORE CREDIT ONLY.
The store credit is valid 1 year.
SIZE Exchange Policy
We exchange the size for same style and color you ordered with 10% of restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for both way shipping.
Order Cancellation
If the status of your order “New” you can cancel with no cancellation fee.
If the status of your order ”Processed” you cannot cancel.
Order Processing
There is 2-5days processing period before shipping out your order.
However urgent orders such as Next day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day will be shipped out following business day
If it’s not placed by 10 Am PST.
If the item you ordered is not available, we will contact you ASAP.
